About me...

I first came into the fitness industry in 1992, with a dance background and a passion for movement. During my career I have trained clients as young as 3 years and as old as 96! 


Over the past 25+ years I have trained in many disciplines of fitness to include advanced gym instructor, personal trainer, exercise to music, nordic walking instructor, kids health & fitness, ante/postnatal. In 2010 I moved towards a more holistic approach to exercise and I now teach yoga and specialise in Pilates.


I have chosen to specialise in Pilates in 2 areas:


1. Breast Cancer Rehabilitation for both men and women using the Pink Ribbon Program and osteoporosis using Pilates for Bone Health.


2. Sports Conditioning for athlete's, both professional and recreational. My program includes Pilates equipment on Reformer and Wunda Chair plus matwork.


Being part of the progressive changes that I see in clients every day and the dramatic positive effect it can bring to their lives is my joy of teaching every day.


All sessions are tailored to each individual client's experience and expectations. So, if you are just starting out the session will be very specifically focused on starting out with Pilates and if you are more experienced the sessions will be more challenging. Sessions are designed to be taken in blocks and are progressive so that results and benefits are quickly achieved.


I continually train and learn for my own professional development. This means that I can pass on this knowledge when training my clients and stay at the very top of industry standards.
