My name is Dawn McCarron and I first came into the fitness industry in 1992 with a dance background and a passion for movement. During my career I have trained clients as young as 3 years and as old as 96!
I have spent years training in lots of disciplines to include exercise to music, step aerobics, personal training, nordic walking, kids health & fitness, ante/postnatal. In 2010 I moved towards a more holistic approach to exercise and teach both yoga and Pilates.
My other passion is in sports conditioning for athlete's and my program now includes both mat and reformer athletic conditioning for men.
Being part of the progressive changes that I see in clients every day and the dramatic positive effect it can bring to their lives is the joy of teaching every day.
All of my sessions whether it's a public class, corporate class or individual 1:1 will be tailored to suit the ability and experience of the student. I offer adaptations to all exercises making them accessible to everyone whether you are just starting out and want to become more active or are fitter but want to get stronger.
