I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years teaching everything from bootcamp to postnatal, from the very young (16 years old) to more senior (96 years old).
In 2010 I decided to move towards a more effective, safe form of exercise that enables you to exercise more frequently, in fact every day if you wish to.
Specialising in Pilates means I can teach clients how to move effectively, understanding ABC - Alignment, Breath and Control. I enjoy being part of the progressive change that I see in clients and the dramatic positive effect it can bring to their lives. Clients tell me daily how much better they feel for moving.
Yoga brings about renewed energy, more flexibility and stronger mind-body connection.
All of my sessions whether it's a public class, private session or 1:1 will be tailored to suit the ability of the student/s. I offer adaptations to all exercises making them accessible to everyone whether you are just starting out and want to become more active or are fitter but want to get stronger.
