Rinse & Relax Yoga Retreat

Each daily yoga session will leave you feeling stretched, rejuvenated and realigned with a traditional teaching of Hatha yoga flowing through a sequence of yoga postures including balance and more challenging core exercises. Each session will include a short opening and closing meditation brining focus to busy minds on the present moment encouraging a mindful practice. You will certainly leave this retreat feeling rinsed and relaxed yet positive and wanting more!
